The occupied home staging process looks like this:

I come over and walk your home, take photos and do a staging consultation. I will deliver an electronic report of recommendations for what to remove and possibly what to turn around or relocate to a different room.

Lastly, I bring in art, decor, and small furnishings to create a pleasing aesthetic and delightful contrast.

We don’t live in homes how we stage them for sale. The goal is to showcase your home in the best possible light so that you spend less time having to show it and get the most value for the least amount of effort on your part.
