I get it, it’s a PAIN to live in your home and sell it at the same time. So you are in the fortunate position to be able to move you, your family, pets, dirty laundry, etc. out of your old home, but now what? How will buyers feel walking around your naked house without any kind of scale for size or homey atmosphere to make them swoon? That’s where I come in. The whole idea is to help the next owner picture what their life might be like if they purchase your home. Is the living room big enough to seat family and company? What would the flow feel like with furniture? Where would you put a table, couch, bed, etc.? For many of us, floor plans are not intuitive without an example of how they could be set up. Let me take that guesswork out of it. I can work with items and pieces left behind or a totally blank slate. I curate rooms with my own art, furniture, and decor to make your stripped house feel like someone’s next dream home.
